Crypto Options Trader

Trader role focused on pricing, market-making and risk management for crypto options. Part of the trading team contributing to the trading book, strategy development and product R&D.

What you'll do

• Generate revenue and manage a trading book
• Implement volatility models and maintain real-time surfaces
• Monitor and limit Delta, Gamma, Vega, Theta, Rho exposures
• Develop and execute systematic market-making strategies
• Backtest, prototype and deploy new options strategies

What they're looking for

• Degree in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Economics
• About 3+ years hands-on options trading and market making experience
• Strong programming capabilities, particularly Python
• Deep knowledge of FX, equity and crypto market mechanics
