Design & Construction Commissioning Lead - APAC (Data Centres)

Lead commissioning and handover of AI data centre infrastructure across APAC, based in Singapore. Work within construction and operations teams to deliver high-density power, cooling, and MEP commissioning readiness.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end commissioning for mechanical, electrical, ELV and BMS systems
• Plan, schedule, execute, and document commissioning and system turnover
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, design and client stakeholders to meet milestones
• Oversee functional testing of critical MEP equipment and resolve technical issues
• Maintain commissioning documentation, punch lists, and risk registers

• Bachelor degree or diploma in engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years in data centre construction and commissioning
• Proficiency with project/document platforms and documentation management
• Able to travel regionally about 30%-40% of time
• PMP/Prince2 or construction qualification is an advantage
