What you'll do
- Build and maintain qualified pipeline of greenfield and brownfield sites
- Engage stakeholders to source off-market and on-market opportunities
- Perform technical due diligence and manage third-party workstreams
- Track market capacity and align RFS timelines with commercial commitments
- Produce site assessment reports with go/no-go recommendations

- Bachelor degree in a related discipline
- 10+ years relevant industry experience
- 5+ years leading site selection or capacity programs
- Experience managing cross-functional capital development programs
- Ability to speak and communicate in Japanese
