Director, Development – APAC

Senior Director leading front-end development and design for Nscale's APAC data centre projects. Role sits in the regional Development/DCI leadership team reporting to the SVP Head of Development.

What you'll do

Lead full lifecycle of front-end development for APAC data centres
Drive design standardisation for scalable, repeatable solutions
Manage permitting and compliance across multiple APAC jurisdictions
Build and lead a regional development and design team
Coordinate stakeholders from acquisition through Delivery handover
