Merchant Onboarding Manager

Manage and deliver compliant, scalable merchant onboarding solutions for complex APAC opportunities. Work within the onboarding team to coordinate merchants, commercial stakeholders and compliance from handover to go-live.

What you'll do

Design compliant onboarding solutions for complex merchant opportunities
Assess merchant risk and build business cases for high-value deals
Serve as primary operations contact for merchants during onboarding
Manage multiple onboarding projects end to end, keeping timelines clear
Document best practices and fix recurring onboarding blockers

5+ years in commercial, compliance, advisory, or project management
Fluent English verbal and written
Strong communication and prioritization skills
Knowledge of CDD, KYC and card-scheme rules preferred
Experience in payments, fintech or banking preferred
