Team Lead - CDD Risk, Onboarding
Lead the team that performs customer due diligence and merchant risk assessments for onboarding. Role sits in the CDD department working with Sales, Compliance, Product, and regional teams.
What you'll do
- Manage team handling onboarding and risk reviews of merchants
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs and quality across the onboarding lifecycle
- Coach staff, run 1:1s and manage performance reviews
- Lead process improvements and automation initiatives
- Use data to prioritise initiatives and measure impact
What they're looking for
- People management experience in CDD, KYC, EDD, or compliance roles
- Working knowledge of AML, CDD, EDD, KYC, PCI and card scheme rules
- Ability to manage multiple operational tracks and complex risk cases
- Experience coaching and developing team members
- Fluent written and verbal English
