Network Operations Center (NOC) Optimisation Analyst
Monitor Thunes global payment network for outages, incidents and performance issues. Join the Network Operations Center team to diagnose, escalate and help resolve incidents for customers and internal stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Continuously monitor network health, alerts and transactions
- Perform first level troubleshooting and diagnostics for outages
- Create and track tickets until end to end incident resolution
- Communicate with stakeholders and prepare incident reports
- Analyse NOC data and update standard operating procedures
What they're looking for
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Previous technical support, NOC or monitoring experience is a plus
- Ability to read system and API logs
- Proficient written and verbal English
- Willingness to work flexible hours including 24x7 shifts
