Senior CDD Risk Analyst, Onboarding
Senior CDD Risk Analyst responsible for leading complex enterprise merchant onboarding and quality improvement. Role sits in the Direct Customer Onboarding (CDD) team focused on onboarding, quality, and cross-functional process improvements.
What you'll do
- Lead onboarding for highest-complexity enterprise merchant cases
- Interpret policies and create actionable operational procedures
- Execute and lead quality control processes and case reviews
- Identify process bottlenecks and drive tooling and automation improvements
- Mentor CDD analysts and run training and calibration sessions
What they're looking for
- 6+ years in CDD, KYC/EDD, or second-line compliance roles
- Experience with QA auditing or quality checking preferred
- Deep knowledge of multi-jurisdictional AML/CFT standards
- Proven merchant-facing and commercial negotiation experience
- Strong data-driven mindset for process improvement
