Head of Technical Implementation, Asia Pacific
Lead Tribe's technical implementation function for Asia Pacific, owning customer integrations from design to production. Work across customers, Sales & Solutions, and global Product and Technology teams to build scalable regional capability.
What you'll do
- Own technical customer journey from handover to production launch
- Act as senior technical contact for APAC customers and stakeholders
- Translate customer needs into scalable solution designs and plans
- Lead API integrations, testing, certification and production readiness
- Build regional implementation processes, documentation and KPIs

- Strong experience in payments, fintech or banking technology
- Proven track record leading complex payment integrations and implementations
- Hands-on knowledge of Visa, Mastercard certification processes
- Experience supporting pre-sales: architecture, RFPs, workshops
