Financial Risk, Financial Controls, & Safeguarding Manager
Lead the second-line oversight of financial risk, controls, and safeguarding across Thunes. Work with Group Finance and Treasury to manage liquidity, FX, credit, counterparties, and safeguarding compliance globally.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain global financial risk framework and policies
- Oversee safeguarding compliance and test reconciliation mechanisms
- Evaluate and strengthen internal financial controls and processes
- Challenge treasury activities including hedging and liquidity stress tests
- Prepare financial risk reports for committees and drive incident remediation
What they're looking for
- 10+ years in financial risk, treasury, or risk management
- Deep knowledge of global safeguarding regulations and frameworks
- Experience operating within a Second Line of Defense framework
- Technical knowledge of treasury, FX, liquidity, reconciliations
- Professional risk/finance qualification is highly desirable
