Finance & Accounting Supervisor
Hands-on supervisor for the Accounting team responsible for accurate month-end closing and financial reporting. Role sits within Finance and coordinates with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Operations, and stakeholders for regulatory and audit deliverables.
What you'll do
- Supervise daily accounting activities and ensure timely transaction recording
- Coordinate and monitor month-end closing and related deliverables
- Prepare and review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements
- Support OJK regulatory reporting and respond to regulatory queries
- Coordinate audits and maintain audit documentation and follow-ups

- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years relevant accounting or finance experience
- Hands-on full-set accounting and month-end closing experience
- Familiarity with OJK regulations and Indonesian accounting standards
- Proficiency with ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills
