Insurance Partnership Associate
This role manages relationships and negotiations with insurance partners and helps deliver insurance products. The position sits within the partner management/product delivery functions supporting Igloo’s insurance offerings in the Philippines.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and regional insurers
- Negotiate product terms, premiums, and coverage with partners
- Coordinate with internal teams to launch and deliver insurance products
- Maintain insurer contact database and schedule regular reviews
- Draft and coordinate insurer agreements and SLAs
What they're looking for
- University degree in Insurance, Economics, Business, Finance, or related field
- Passed Basic Non-Life (BNL) or SUITS from IIAP, or equivalent training
- 1-5 years experience in insurance placement, underwriting, or broking
- Basic knowledge of insurance principles, underwriting, and regulations
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal proficiency
