Adoption Strategist - APAC
Lead design and delivery of scalable customer adoption and enablement programs for ElevenLabs products. Role sits within regional GTM supporting ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative in APAC
What you'll do
- Design and run scalable onboarding and lifecycle programs
- Deliver regional live workshops, webinars, and enablement events
- Audit customer agent prompts and recommend improvements
- Track adoption metrics and develop data-driven playbooks
- Coordinate cross-functional adoption initiatives with GTM teams
What they're looking for
- 6+ years in adoption, enablement, or enterprise growth roles
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, or conversational AI products
- Proven record building scaled adoption programs from scratch
- Strong analytics and experience building automations with AI tools
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
