Client Onboarding Manager

Singapore

Manage and lead enterprise client onboarding projects for Sumsub. Work within the implementation/onboarding team to ensure clients adopt Sumsub products successfully.

What you'll do

Lead enterprise-level onboarding projects end-to-end
Coordinate cross-functional internal teams for timely delivery
Prepare and educate client teams to drive product adoption
Create project plans and communication workflows for onboarding

What they're looking for

2-3 years project management experience in client-facing roles
Proactive and detail-oriented with customer-focus
Experience with KYC, AML or compliance solutions is advantageous
Fluent in English and Mandarin
