Solution Engineer, APAC
Customer-facing technical role owning the end-to-end technical lifecycle for APAC customers. Based in Singapore as the first Solution Engineer on the ground for the regional team and product deployments.
What you'll do
- Drive technical discovery, evaluations, and proof of concepts
- Build and test integrations using Hoxhunt GraphQL API and webhooks
- Troubleshoot simulation deliverability and mailbox gateway issues
- Lead architecture, security, and permission reviews with stakeholders
- Support renewals, churn mitigation, and upsell with technical input
What they're looking for
- 7 or more years in SE, solutions, or technical consulting roles
- Experience across pre-sales and post-sales customer lifecycle
- Expertise supporting large, complex enterprise technical environments
- Experience designing and implementing technical integrations and APIs
- Right to work in Singapore and based in Singapore
