HR People Ops, APAC
You will build and run HR operations across APAC as the founding HR Operations Manager. The role sits on the regional people team focusing on payroll, compliance, onboarding, and expansion into new countries.
What you'll do
- Manage monthly payroll for employees and EoR staff across APAC
- Oversee onboarding, contracts, labor amendments and HRIS records
- Handle employee inquiries and coordinate international work visas
- Lead HR expansion into new countries and set up local operations
- Audit vendors, benchmark payroll providers, and automate workflows

- 8 to 15 years of progressive HR experience
- Deep knowledge of Singapore labor law and APAC markets
- Experience with regional payroll, tax laws, and EoR frameworks
- Practical proficiency with HRIS and payroll management software
- Singapore citizenship or Permanent Residency required
