Product Manager Leader (Trading Exchange Platform )
Senior product lead role responsible for global trading and payments products on Coins.ph. Works across product, design, engineering and operations to improve user journeys and launch new trading products.
What you'll do
- Design and optimize web and mobile user journeys from onboarding to trading
- Own operational metrics such as KYC pass rates and payment success rates
- Lead development of new products like margins and futures globally
- Manage global product, design and product operations teams
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to scale platform and ensure compliance
What they're looking for
- Minimum 7 years in crypto, ewallet or fintech product roles in SE Asia/Greater China
- Bachelor or Master in technical or design-related field
- Experience managing PMs, engineers or feature teams
- Experience with spot trading, margin and futures products
- Fluent in English and Chinese
