Field Application Engineer, South East Asia
Customer-facing engineer based in Singapore supporting Tenstorrent’s AI platforms across Southeast Asia. Works with customers, partners, sales, and engineering to evaluate, deploy, and troubleshoot AI/ML hardware and software solutions.
What you'll do
- act as technical liaison between customers and Tenstorrent teams
- guide technical evaluations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts
- deploy, install, and troubleshoot hardware and software on customer sites
- coordinate internal teams and external service providers across the region
What they're looking for
- experience in customer-facing technical roles focused on AI/ML hardware and software
- strong Python skills and familiarity with PyTorch and TensorFlow
- experience deploying scalable AI solutions and installing servers and PCIe devices
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Singapore citizen or Singapore permanent resident (no visa sponsorship)
