Regulatory Performance & Assurance Officer - APAC
Regulatory Performance & Compliance Officer for APAC supporting the APAC Regulatory Lead on compliance and regulatory matters. The role sits within the compliance/regulatory function and focuses on regulatory oversight across APAC legal entities and market expansion support.
What you'll do
- Monitor and interpret financial, payments, and fintech regulations
- Prepare research summaries, impact notes, and briefing materials
- Support implementation and documentation of regulatory requirements
- Maintain compliance calendar and coordinate regulatory filings
- Draft policy sections and compliance training materials
What they're looking for
- Advanced degree in law, compliance, finance, or comparable field
- 3+ years relevant regulatory, licensing, compliance, or legal experience
- Hands-on experience with APAC regulatory approval matters in payments or fintech
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across countries and stakeholders
