Compliance Manager
Manage the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) team and own high-risk onboarding and ongoing monitoring. Work across Compliance, Operations, and Product to maintain due diligence standards and tooling for corporate and individual customers and card programs.
What you'll do
- Manage CDD analyst team workload, coaching, and development
- Act as final quality gate for high-risk onboarding cases
- Prepare case materials and present to the Due Diligence Committee
- Author and maintain the onboarding playbook for Operations teams
- Own periodic reviews, ongoing monitoring, and vendor/tooling governance
What they're looking for
- 5-8 years AML/CDD/KYC experience in regulated financial services
- 1-2 years direct team management or leadership experience
- Active CAMS or equivalent certification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with card-issuing or card program due diligence
