Head of APAC
Lead and scale Taptap Send’s commercial and operational activities across APAC, with direct ownership of East Asia and emphasis on China. This role sits in the regional leadership team reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and includes P&L responsibility and team building across Southeast Asia.
What you'll do
- Set vision, strategy and execution plan for APAC with East Asia ownership
- Own APAC P&L and deliver growth and profitability targets
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and product improvements in East Asia
- Build relationships with partners, diaspora communities and external stakeholders
- Hire, coach and lead regional teams to meet performance goals
What they're looking for
- 10+ years in payments or financial services including senior leadership
- Proven multi-market or regional P&L ownership and scaling experience
- Deep understanding and networks in China and East Asia payments
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
- Willingness to travel internationally regularly
