- Lead partner integration from analysis to go live and post-delivery
- Support integrated partners with daily issues and expansions
- Drive improvements to monitoring, reporting and operational tools

- About 5 years experience in technical project management or solutions delivery
- Experience in B2B technical partner support
- Experience with APIs over IP such as REST or Web Services
- Experience in Agile environments; Jira management is a plus
