Product Operations Associate

What you'll do
- Execute corporate treasury, swap routing, and high-value disbursement workflows
- Investigate and troubleshoot ledger mismatches and operational discrepancies
- Build and refine AI prompts, spreadsheets, macros, or scripts to automate work
- Maintain SOPs, create troubleshooting runbooks, and onboard junior members
- Communicate operational updates with internal teams and external counterparties
What they're looking for
- 2-4 years operations experience in crypto, treasury, payments, or banking
- Understanding of fiat rails, stablecoins, liquidity, and blockchain tracking
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel and AI tools or macros/scripts
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause investigation skills
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
