What you'll do
- Establish and run PMO governance, methodologies, and templates
- Plan, schedule, and execute large-scale Data Centre projects
- Manage contractors, consultants, and subcontractor performance
- Oversee CAPEX budgets, forecasting, and procurement lifecycle
- Ensure EHS, compliance, risk management, and project documentation
What they're looking for
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent
- PMP or Prince2 certification; CSM is advantageous
- 5 to 10+ years managing technical projects, Data Centres in APAC
- Experience establishing PMO functions and governance frameworks
- Willingness to travel within APAC (around 30%)
