Senior Associate, Direct Sales (Insurance)
Senior Associate role focused on growing car and other insurance sales across digital and offline channels. Role sits in the Insurance team (SingSaver) and reports to the Head of Insurance.
What you'll do
- Develop and manage commercial partnerships to generate car insurance leads
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to customers
- Meet monthly digital and non-digital insurance sales targets
- Manage customer enquiries and process policy applications and changes
- Maintain records in CRM and participate in training
What they're looking for
- 3 - 5 years experience in insurance sales or related field
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- CMFAS Certifications: BCP, PGI, ComGI
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office and good communication skills
