Commercial Legal Counsel (3-Month Contract)
Contract commercial lawyer role to manage and negotiate complex agreements across payments, fintech, and Web3. Embedded with commercial, product, compliance, regulatory, finance, and operations teams to support transactions and contracting processes.
What you'll do
- Draft, structure, review, negotiate, and execute complex commercial agreements
- Manage end-to-end commercial transactions and contract negotiations
- Advise internal stakeholders on contractual, regulatory, and compliance risks
- Work with cross-functional teams to reflect business requirements in contracts
- Improve contracting processes, templates, playbooks, and procedures

- Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction with relevant experience
- At least 5 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Ability to manage multiple transactions independently with minimal supervision
