Crypto OTC Sales Manager
Manage end-to-end OTC sales for institutional stablecoin liquidity and large trades. Work with trading, compliance, and legal teams to onboard and service institutional and HNWI clients.
What you'll do
- Lead full sales cycle from lead generation to relationship management
- Identify and acquire HNWIs, market makers, and institutional desks
- Structure and close large-volume stablecoin trades
- Liaise between clients and trading, compliance, and product teams

- 2+ years in institutional sales or OTC trading desks
- Deep knowledge of stablecoin mechanics and multi-chain dynamics
- Existing network of institutional crypto participants or HNWIs preferred
- Strong understanding of AML, KYC, and travel rule requirements
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
